Overview

Meduza Photometric Toolset is an application used to open, view, and evaluate the most common file formats used in photometry.

Meduza Photometric Toolset can handle IESNA LM-63 and EULUMDAT file formats. These file formats are text documents that are easy to read with e.g. Windows Notepad, but requires a complex application to display and evaluate them. The application is designed to perform this tasks.

Getting started

To use the application, you must first download the program from the website. You can do this in the Download section on the web site.

Installation

Under the installation process you must accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) to install the application on your desktop computer. In that case you do not agree with each point in the EULA, do not install the program on your computer. Once you have downloaded and successfully installed the application on your desktop computer, all you have to do is register your application's Product ID under the web page License section.

License

The Meduza Photometric Toolset requires a proper license file, which you can obtain under the License section.

Support

Meduza Photometric Toolset does not come with direct support when purchasing a license, but I try to do my best to offer an excellent support in your problems with the using the application. Any problem with using the application is a valuable feedback for me because it helps me to diagnose, fix and improve the application.

About me

The Meduza Photometric Toolset is developed by Gabor Bolvary, who has years of experience in goniometry luminaires and evaluating and analyzing luminosity distributions. With the development of the application, Gabor aims to be able to give his professional colleagues a tool with which they can easily and efficiently view, edit and evaluate their existing luminaire data files. How is it possible:

  • the application is also used continuously by the developer in his daily work;
  • by constantly listening to colleagues in the profession, implementing and receiving feedback;
  • continuous development, implementation of new standards.
